Delivery & Returns

You can place your order instantly online anytime or by calling us on +44 (0) 1538 304499 during our opening hours 9am-5pm Monday to Friday.

 

Shipping

Deliveries are made Monday-Friday from 8am until 6pm and may require a signature. For this reason, you may like to nominate a secure delivery address where someone is available to sign. If you are not available, the carrier will try a neighbouring address or leave a card with the details.

Sorry but we don’t deliver on public holidays or weekends.

 

UK Standard Delivery

Delivery cost – Free

Items are dispatched within 24 hours and will arrive within 2-4 working days. Your order will be delivered with DPD. We will notify you of any delays to standard delivery times.

 

UK Next Day Delivery

Delivery cost – £10

We offer a next day delivery service, please select this option at the checkout. Order by midday to receive next working day delivery (orders placed on Friday before midday will be delivered on Monday, orders placed after midday on Friday will be delivered on Tuesday.) Your order will be delivered via DPD. We will notify you of any delays to your delivery.

International Delivery

Europe:

Delivery cost: £20

Estimated delivery time: 5 to 7 days

Rest of the world:

Delivery cost: £30

Estimated delivery time: 7-10 days

 

Taxes & Duties 

UK VAT will be applied to orders dispatched within the United Kingdom, excluding the Channel Islands. VAT will also be applied to all other EU destinations. If shipping to a country outside the EU, VAT will be automatically deducted from your order total.

If your delivery address is outside of the EU, you may have to pay import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. You must meet any additional charges for customs clearance. Please note, customs policies vary widely from country to country. We recommend you contact your local customs office for further information.

 

Deliveries to multiple addresses

If you’d like to have items sent to different addresses, please complete a separate order for each address. Separate delivery charges will apply to each address.

Returns

We are happy to refund or exchange any items you are not completely satisfied with. You will need to return your goods within 14 days of their delivery to you. 

Extended Christmas Returns: Any orders received from 1st November 2020 for exchange or refund, should be returned to us by 22nd January 2021.

  1. Items must be returned new and unused. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted.
  2. Complete the returns form and enclose it with the items you wish to return.
  3. Pack the item/s and documents in the original box or similar, to ensure the items reach us safely. Ensure that the returns address is clearly written on the front of the package. Return postage is your responsibility unless the item is faulty, in which case we will refund the postage. We do recommend that you use a recorded delivery service.
  4. We will be in touch to confirm the return of your item/s and process your refund/exchange.

 

Faulty Items

We will be happy to exchange for the same item if a product is damaged, faulty or incorrectly shipped through any circumstance that is our error, within 14 days from the date of dispatch.

Under such agreed circumstances we will cover the cost of shipment of the replacement items. Please contact us to arrange this.

 

Exchange

Should you wish to exchange your item for a different size/colour, please fill in your Exchange form and send back with the item within 14 days of receipt (see extended date above for Christmas 2020). The item must be unworn and in its original packaging. We do recommend that you use a recorded delivery service as we do not offer free return post.

Once we have received the unwanted item back, we will send the selected item via our standard delivery service (UK delivery addresses only). Please note that we can only exchange an item for the same style in a different size/colour. If the requested size/colour is out of stock when we receive your item for exchange, we’ll contact you with alternative options.
